Phoenix-Dragon Kung Fu Academy is operated by Dr. Gary S. Torres. Since its inception in January 1st, 1982, Phoenix-Dragon Kung Fu Academy has offered its services to the public, maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Dr. Gary S. Torres has adopted and is using the mark shown above in connection with the Phoenix-Dragon Kung Fu Academy, an educational institution, in interstate commerce and states that said mark was registered in the UNITED STATES PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE by the Principal Register established by the Act of July 5th, 1946.

Dr. Gary S. Torres declares that he is the owner of the mark registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association has the right to use said mark in commerce, either in identical form or in such near resemblance thereto as to be likely, when applied to the goods or services of such other person, to cause confusion or to cause mistake, or to deceive; that this statement is made with the knowledge that willful false statements and the like so made are punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, under §1001 of Title 18 of the United States Code.
