Shao Lin Chuan/Shao Lin Quan

Lián Bù Quán
(Linking Step Fist)

Lián Bù Quán (Lien Pu Ch’uan) or Linking Step Fist or Step Practice Boxing is named after the south western province which made it famous. It was widely practiced by the Chinese National Army in the 1930s and 1940s. In adjacent provinces this form is also known as Szechwan Linked Fist. Sometimes it is referred to as Consecutive Step Fist.

You can learn this Shao Lin Chuan form with its applications as well as other Kung Fu forms at the Academy in Tampa, Florida. We also teach Tai Chi Chuan, Hsing Yi Chuan and Pa Kua Chang/Ba Gua Zhang, Meditation and Chi Gong.
