Qi Gong

We teach the following Qi Gong (气 功; Qī Gōng) exercises:

2. Yì Quán (Intent Fist; 意拳) – which consists of 8 postures including the most famous of the eight, Universal Post (Zhàn Zhuāng; 站 桩)

4. The 21 Qi Exercises (Èr shí Yī Qì Gōng Liàn Xí Fă; 二十一气功练习法)

5. Bone Marrow Classic Qi Gong (Gǔ Suǐ Xǐ Qī Gōng Jīng; 骨洗髓经)

6. Tendon Exchange Classic (Yì Jīn Jīng; 易 筋 经)

7. Wild Goose Qi Gong (Dà Yàn Qī Gōng; 大雁气 功 )
