Mu Ren (木人, Mù Rén ) Wooden Dummy

Mù Rén (木人) or Wooden Dummies are used in Ba Gua Zhang  (八卦掌; bā guà zhăng) training. They can either be a solid one piece  four arm stationary dummy and not move, or be a spinning two piece body with four limbs that moves/spins when you hit or strike the arms or body.
