Chinese Push Ups

So many people have requested Pics of  SiGong doing Chinese Push Ups, I've deciede to post some. These were taken in June of 2008. He demonstrates by doing at least 10 in a row. They are done with the arms and legs stretched out, hands with interlocking thumbs, elbows and knees locked straight. One then pushes their belly up off the floor so only the hands and toes touch the floor in the extended arms and knees locked position.
