  The Yang 24 Movement Short Form (Jiǎn Huà Tài Jí Quán) will be broken down to reveal how it is done as a Qi Gong form. The different types of Qi (Yuan Qi, Gu Qi, Kong Qi, Zong Qi, Zheng Qi, Ying Qi, Wei Qi, Zang Fu Zhi Qi, and Jing Luo Zhi Qi) will be explained and how they pertain to movements in this form. Join Dr. Torres as he explains how tai chi and qi gong interlope the circulation of qi for health and longevity. As the most commonly practiced tai chi form on the planet, the Yang 24 form has been improving health and vitality for millions.
